What a fantastic, fast paced tour! Exactly what we paid for.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour to say the least. Cass was very thorough with her planning and organisation and didn’t miss a beat. Our driver was also very punctual and always on time, super friendly and always kept us safe on the road.

Overall, the trip was excellent and we all most definitely enjoyed ourselves and have made some incredible connections.

I had the most amazing time on this trip. The locations were all stunning and I can't believe how much we got to see in the time that we had together. Our tour leader was out of this world and always provided us with recommendations, knowledge, support, fun and entertainment! I met so many amazing people who are all forever friends. Have been and will continue to recommend Top Deck and this trip to anyone who wants to see more of the world and wants to do in the in the best way possible.

Best trip ever!!! I 100% recommend this trip if you are wanting to visit Europe but aren't sure what countries you are wanting to see. This Get Social: Central & Eastern Europe has the best mix of top tourist places like Paris, Rome, and Venice but also a good mix of other places like Salzburg, Prague and Budapest which also have so much to see. I had an amazing group and I loved my tour guide. You will definitely make friends for life, and so many amazing memories. The time length of this trip is perfect (24 days) not too long and not too short, especially if you are travelling from far away like NZ or AUS and you want to get the most out of your travels.

Howard, Nick and Sean were amazing. This was my first trip overseas as a solo traveller. Howard made me feel at ease, as he gave us substantial information about things to do, places to eat and drink in every place that we visited on the trip. Sean and Nick were amazing drivers. Howard, Sean and Nick were professional, polite and demonstrated kindness. They were reliable and consistent with their approach. I would recommend Topdeck to any young person looking to travel overseas in the future.

Over all experience was great and the team did their best to make our trip as comfortable and enjoyable as we can.

It's not perfect of course. Some minor inconvenience that im sure will improve in time. But would highly recommend it to the younger generation as the tour was fast paced that I can barely keep up with the energy of the people I am with. Other than my age is reflecting, the tour is perfect for the youth and youth by heart.

Would definitely be back in Europe to explore some more.

Was my first time travelling and this tour didn’t disappoint. Everything about it was awesome. So thankful to have had such an amazing trip leader Renee and an amazing bus driver Jaka.

Trip leader (Renee) and bus driver (Jaka) made this tour, gave us the frame work to bond and engage as a group and ultimately led to us all becoming family. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I really had a great time and the staff were highly professional and very personable. The locations and accommodation was great. I do feel that some Activites are more expensive than they should and that would be my only negative feedback.

I had the best time on this trip. I went solo. The demographic of the group was a makeup of young people around 18-23 or people aged around 29-35. Also it was a 50/50 split on people that joined the trip solo or with a friend. I enjoyed everything about the trip. Renee, the trip leader was so enthusiastic and elevated the trip to the next level. She was really passionate about history and was really helpful with any questions or problems we needed help with. The whole trip was fun so professionally and punctually. During the day we had so much free time to get done everything we could have wanted to and everyone was free to spend it however they wanted to. Every night there was suggested optional events that the whole group voluntarily attended on almost every occasion which really helped to bond the group together. I definitely recommend this trip to anyone thinking about doing it.

The cost of the trip was reduced prior to start and I was not reimbursed for the additional cost I payed vs others on the trip or for our downgraded accommodations.

Great way to see Europe and tick off all the big tourist destinations. Renee is a great trip leader and goes above and beyond.

I absolutely loved the Get Social: Central and Eastern Europe tour! I loved that we got to learn about each country we went through via our tour guide and I did appreciate that there were planned activities as well as free time! The only thing I would have liked to know beforehand was how many people would be on my tour.

Our driver Yani and our tour leader Stephanie were absolutely awesome! They made us feel so welcomed and safe.

The tour itself and the optionals were abit of a let down. Aswell as the hostels we were staying at over the course of our trip. My sister and I felt like we were used financially. Putting us in cheap hostels to save money.

I wouldn’t do this type of tour again but I am grateful for the people I met on the way.

So many highlights and things I never expected. The group was amazing and we all really bonded. The hostel were mostly ok. The one in Rome had no running water for hours which was a pain. Our trip leader Stephane would keep us updated and really tried to help as much as she could on her side. The hostel “yoho” youth hostel in Salzburg was an absolute disaster. I had the worst night of my life. Sharing with 6 with no air con and no fan it was the hottest night with a tiny window. I couldn’t sleep and I know I heard some people went and slept in the reception lobby/ shared bathroom floor. Please don’t send groups there until they have at least supplied enough fans for all the rooms. They had very few fans .the hostel in Switzerland was very charming and amazing views. Florence was a highlight. By doing hostels this trip I found the nice accommodation was very far from central and places without air conditioning were very central.

This trip is a good ‘taste tester’ into Europe as it covers so many big cities in the perfect amount of time. Definitely would recommend this trip to someone who is travelling to Europe for the first time.

This trip covered a great deal of Europe within the given 24 days. I loved the face paced environment and meeting all the incredible people on my trip. It included all the typical touristy pieces but with my trip leader’s recommendations, I was able to explore the cities even further.

I loved all the places I went to and all the optionals were great.

The itinerary is great however eveything was rushed. I seriously developed indigestion trying to swallow my food for the limited time given for our lunch. Just like what I said the Monaco trip is a complete waste of time. Some included activities was also not met as per travelling time and I hope there was a plan B for that but not. I hope next time they will include more cultural activities from each country rather than just pub crawling as not everyone enjoys alcohol. They seriously have specified in this tour details that most of this trip activity includes putting your cheap tour curly haired ***** tour leader upside down while pouring alcohol down her ****** throat and she turned up the next day for a walking tour so hangover, no shower and smell of BO!

It was a great trip, some places we stayed at were a little dodgy but most were nice, some a little far from the main centre! The places we visited were amazing! Walking tours and optionals were great and worth the money. Sometimes a little too much free time, especially when there is so much do and you don’t know where to start or how to easily see everything!

Got along well with most of the group. Tripleader Jess was very friendly, informative and funny. She was a walking encyclopaedia that kept the group together! Plenty of great sights and food too.

Keep in mind, some places have surcharges (like charging to use hot water, or the bathroom) but are small. Don't let any spiders crawl into your bags in Prague! But the pros outweight the cons. By a lot.

Although I didn't explore some cities to the max, it was a great experience nonetheless. Would definitely go on another trip.

Most were great! The zip lining was really fun as was the kayaking. We were shocked at the price of the Killing Fields. After calculating a tuk tuk and entrance fee - it seemed overpriced then if we had done it on our own.

From the main trip cost to the added extra's throughout the trip, everything was well worth the money we paid!

The "Spirit of Europe" exceeded my expectations, and I met great people along the way. The itinerary allowed perfect exploration of Eastern Europe. There was indeed a lot of time spent just travelling, but upon reaching each destination, we got plenty of time to explore and enjoy each new place. Our tour leader was an amazing guide, Chris was very knowledgeable and entertaining, he took care of us. The food provided by Topdeck was amazing, and the accommodations were comfortable. The whole tour was a good mix of partying (always optional) and easy travelling. It's nice to not be worried about where you need to be next, and relax and let Topdeck plan your trip for you, allowing you to just focus on each destination. I'd highly recommend Topdeck.

I really enjoyed this trip and loved getting to see a lot of major landmarks in one tour. I found some of the hotels were not much better than the cheaper hostels we stayed in at other points on the trip. The food prepared for us by the Topdeck chefs was really good and sometimes better than the restaurants we visited for our group meals.

Well priced for the amount of things we did, meals provided and accommodations.

Tour covered some great cities and sights. Accommodation was generally very good, but hotel in Krakow Poland was far too small for four adults. And it was too far from the city to easily access without the tour bus.

Loads of fun, great experience overall. Vienna accomm could be improved, more planned in Vienna as it almost completely closes down on a Sunday and a little bit more care with dietary requirements.

Fair price, the extra activities fo add up but they don't hide or surprise you with anything.

The perfect trip to have a great taste of Europe without breaking your bank or being away from work or school too long. The places you see are breath taking and make you want to come back for more.

El hospedaje fue muy agradable, el autobus siempre resulta incomodo pero debido a el tiempo que se pasa arriba de el, el lunch en su mayoria eran una grosería solo una rebanada de jamón y mucho, mucho pan. En cuanto al costo nos decepciono saber que el paquete que compramos con "descuento" en Mundo joven era mentira ya que en la página oficial de Topdeck costaba lo mismo. :(

Value for money and great extras.

Accommodation was great for the price paid.
Inclusions and meals were handy and allowed for cost cutting.

Knowing that everything could be pre-paid bar the extra's allowed for long term planning ( I took 8 weeks off work ) and having the piece of mind in knowing that I could pay for the bulk of my trip upfront was great.

Guides given on cost of extra's and how much spending money was required also assisted.

I think it was great value - when looking at booking, I did some number crunching - whilst the price might look daunting to start off with, when you take into consideration the price of accommodation, transport, food and the time you would spend to make the plans fit nicely together, this is the better option!

The experience was well worth every dollar spent, the only down side was some of the accom, but it made for great stories.

It was a well managed and well organised trip with great places to visit and stay.

Loved it was the best time of my life

The trip was amazing. Each new destination blew my mind and i can't wait to go back to Europe!! Our trip leader (felix) was superb, and her extensive knowledge on European history really helped set the scene for what our trip would entail. Seeing tourist sights like the Colosseum, Berlin Wall and the Eiffel Tower were amazing, but also having a trip leader with the experience Felix had helped us find local treasures and areas I wouldn't have thought of going to or seeing if I travelled to Europe solo.

Loved the trip so much and everything that happened on tour stays on tour haha! only down side was being hungover on long as coach rides....but if that's the worst, then don't drink so much right?

Great price in terms of the inclusions, but mostly the experience and the connections made with people and places, you can't put a price tag on that.

I thought this tour really captured all the must see places, and after traveling after the tour went back to explore the places more. Time has slowly made me forget the joys of the hungover bus days and only look back with good memories and great chances hanging with awesome people.

But a busabout ticket and explore for yourself

Perfect amount of time away, didn't break the budget and I got to see most of the countries I wanted to see. Sky diving in Swiss Alps, the Gondola ride in Venice and wondering the streets of Prague where my favorite experiences. I was also impressed with the accommodation, many of the hostiles where better then some hotels I've stayed in. I can't wait until I can go back and see it all again.

This was honestly the best trip of my life - the places we visited were amazing, the tour leader (FELIX!!!) was hands down the coolest and most knowledgable person I've ever met, and the food and activities we were offered were superb! Even some of the "crappy" hostels were still better than what I had expected for the price we paid - my husband and I were both really impressed with the tour! I can't believe we jumped out of a helicopter over the Swiss Alps! AWESOME!!!! Made some amazing friends too. Can't wait to use TopDeck again in the future.

We did a whirlwind trip of Europe. We ended up joining a tour that was already going on but everyone was very welcoming. I had never seen so many places so quickly but I don't think I missed out on any one place in particular. Most places we stayed gave us a day to explore ourselves though Venice and Krakow hotels were too far to explore the cities for a longer period of time. There's definitely a wide range of people on the tour, we happened to be the only ones from the USA where we were joined by mostly Australians and New Zealanders with a couple of Canadians as well. This trip will give you a great experience in Europe. I very much recommend!

I had the most amazing trip to Europe and my topdeck experience absolutely enhanced this.
although loving most things there were a few things that were disappointing.
accommodation was number one - i didn't expect 5 star but i did expect clean, and on more than 3 occasions we stayed at hostels that i would never choose to return to.
travel was number two - it should be noted in the booking process how much time is actually spent on buses! On the itinery it says 3 days in rome for example but you really only have a day and a half. was very disappointed in this aspect although our tour leader kept the long trips entertaining.

I would travel with topdeck again but i will be more careful reading the fineprint and research the places of accommodation.
